Delivery & Pickup
How pickup day works, and what to expect if you're coming from out of town.
In-person pickup (preferred)
We ask every family to pick up their puppy in person whenever possible. This lets you see our home, meet the parent dogs, and get a full handoff walkthrough of your puppy's routine, feeding schedule, and any early training. Pickup appointments are available Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 – 17:00.
Long-distance families
If you're unable to visit in person, we can arrange ground transport through a vetted, experienced pet transport service at an additional cost, quoted based on distance. We do not use cargo air transport for puppies under any circumstances.
What to bring on pickup day
- A secure crate or carrier sized appropriately for your puppy.
- Any remaining balance of payment, as agreed at reservation.
- Questions! We'll set aside time for a full walkthrough.
What you'll receive
A starter kit including a small bag of current food, a blanket carrying your puppy's littermates' scent, vaccination and vet records, and registration paperwork.
