The terms that apply when you reserve or purchase a puppy from us.
Reservations & deposits
A non-refundable-after-match deposit of £250 is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price and secures your place on the current litter or waitlist. Deposits are fully refundable at any point prior to a puppy being formally matched to your family.
Final payment
The remaining balance is due in full at pickup, or prior to transport arrangements being made for long-distance families. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of reservation.
Health guarantee
All puppies are sold subject to the terms outlined in our separate Health Guarantee page, which forms part of these terms.
Ownership & registration
Puppies are sold as companion animals. Any applicable registration paperwork will be provided at pickup. Breeding rights, where applicable, are discussed and agreed separately in writing.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel after a puppy has been matched to you, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on timing and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
